Join Emily Konstan, Licensed Acupuncturist and Brandie Sleeman, Reiki Master-Teacher as we help you welcome 2016 by combining the healing power of meditation, acupuncture, and coloring.

From pre-school students to Alzheimer patients, Brandie brings over 20 years of teaching and healing experience to guide you in learning new ways to have fun, connect with your intuition, and analyze what the colors are telling you.

You will leave class with the desire and willingness to create your own mandala meditation journal. You don’t have to climb to the top of a mountain to meditate or create peace you just need crayons or markers, a pattern and your imagination.
