Next Women’s Weight Loss Group Dates: 4/30/24-5/21/24

Newly revamped!

Join other like-minded women on a journey to release unnecessary weight and improve health. This class will use discussion, skill building, and guided hypnosis sessions to transform your relationship with food and your body.

Over the course of four weeks, we will cover topics including goal setting, releasing limiting beliefs, managing stress, minimizing cravings, and improving metabolism and digestion.

This class is positive and empowering and is based on real science about how the brain and body work.

This group is for you if you:

Want to improve your relationship with food and your body
Want to get to the bottom of harmful beliefs and habits
Want to learn new techniques to help you navigate making healthy choices
Want to reduce overall stress and improve self esteem
Are looking for a supportive group of like-minded individuals

This group is not for you if you:

Want someone to tell you how much you *should* weigh
Want a restrictive diet plan telling you what to eat
Want to hate or feel guilty about certain foods
Want to be told that your value is based on your size

In addition to the four weekly classes, you will have a private intake via Zoom so that the course can be tailored to your needs. You will also receive three audio recordings to help you on your journey.

Please note: In addition to the weekly meetings, this class will have approximately 2 hours of homework per week, for a total time commitment of 3 hours per week.

Why homework? Hypnosis is not magic; weight reduction will require work on your part as well. This class works with complex themes and the goal is to improve these areas of your life now and into the future. Committing to doing the homework sends an important message to yourself about your goals and your ability to achieve them.

Please only sign up for the class if you are dedicated to participating fully, including in weekly homework.

This is the last weight loss group before the fall and class size is limited to 5 people!

Cost: $250 for all 4 classes, plus intake and 3 audios
