Celluma LED Therapy

The Celluma device uses near infrared, red, and blue light LED therapy. It can be used for aches and pains, acne, anti-aging, and body contouring. I have been a big fan of red-light therapy for my own use for years. The Celluma is a professional-grade device that is one of the most-often recommended brands in the acupuncture world. The device is pricey for home use, but you can get its benefits in the office for a fraction of the price.

You can see a video demonstration of the Celluma on my Facebook page here.

For the month of July, I am offering one free Celluma treatment added-on to a scheduled acupuncture treatment. Just let me know if you would like it added to your treatment. After this one free add-on, costs will be: $20 as an add-on to any acupuncture treatment (this does not extend the time of the treatment), or $52 as a stand-alone 30-minute treatment.

Just as with acupuncture, for best results, a series of 10-12 Celluma treatments is recommended. However, many people notice a difference much sooner.

Although LED therapy is generally considered safe, there are some contraindications. It is your responsibility to let me know if any of these apply to you. Celluma LED therapy is contraindicated: over the breast or stomach of a breast-feeding or pregnant person; on infants or children; on a patient with epilepsy or a history of seizures; over an area that has recently received steroid injections; over a recent chemical peel; on a patient who is using photosensitizing drugs; over known cancer tumor or metastasis.

You can learn more about Celluma on their website.

For questions about if Celluma would be right for you, feel free to reply to this email, or use the contact form on my website.

The Celluma add-on is available immediately whenever you schedule an acupuncture appointment (do not choose this option before you have had a chance to try your free Celluma treatment). To schedule a Celluma-only treatment, book here.
